FAQ
How long do custom orders take to ship?
Depending on the item and availability we generally ship within 48 hours. We will notify you if there is a delay. Some personalized items may take up to 2 weeks.

What is your return policy?
Only non-custom orders are returnable. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund, or exchange within 14 days from the date which you received the item. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Children's rugs, art, and furniture may require a 15% restocking fee from the manufacturer. 

Custom-designed and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are noted in the product description. All sale items are final.

What about sales tax?
Sales tax applies to all orders within Massachusetts.  

What credit cards are accepted at your store?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  

Do you gift-wrap?
There is free gift-wrap on specific items. These items will have an option for gift-wrap at the checkout. Card enclosure can be included in all orders.

What about damages?
If any item is received damaged please e-mail or call customer service immediately and we will replace your damaged item. We will send a call tag to pick up items or assume the cost of sending item back. Notification of damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the item or we are no longer held responsible for damages. All damaged items must remain in original containers.
